Battle Pass Claim reward button doesn't appear so i can't claim reward

I just doing my challenge normally in private server and online server, at first i don’t know how to claim reward because there are no claim button the i search in youtube on how to claim but in my game there are no claim button when i click on reward.

New Information:
After my battle pass level goes up to 5, All claim reward button appear but when i click on it, i only get level 5 reward but not the reward form level 1 to 4. I try to click on 1st level reward to try get reward individualy but there are no claim reward button except all claim reward.

so there are 2 bug:

1. claim reward does not appear before level 5
2. when level 5, all claim reward button appear but only claim 5th level reward.

have you bought the BP? If you have not, then you can only claim the free rewards such as the 5th one
