Might seem a silly question but have you actually claimed the prizes in the battle pass tab?

If you claimed them, if they’re not showing up on the knowledge tab - have you tried going to the actual station to see if they’re there?

I had an issue with one of the BP saddles and it wasn’t showing up. But it was there in the stations.

It’s worrisome because they seem to vanish sometimes when using yellow potions.
