Battle Pass lvl 60 "Large Treasure Pile" not appearing in Ancestral Knowledge

Bug Reproduction:
I earned the rank 60 Battle Pass Reward, Large Treasure Pile. I looked in Ancestral Knowledge, found no Large Treasure Pile knowledge there or anywhere.

I’m not talking about the “Coin Pile” that can be crafted with the construction hammer. I’m talking about the “Large Treasure Pile” that is the reward for completing this season’s level 60 Battle Pass challenges. Go to level 60 on the Battle Pass tab. There is a picture of a big gold pile with treasure and stuff sitting in it. The note says “This item can be found in the Ancestral Knowledge category of the Knowledge menu when claimed.”

I have completed level 60 and claimed the prize, but nowhere in the Ancestral Knowledge menu does anything like “Large Treasure Pile” appear. It doesn’t appear anywhere, and no other knowledge items include a sub-skill to create a “Large Treasure Pile”.

So either Battle Pass bugged out on me, or something else is wrong. How do I get hold of an actual Funcom person to fix this for me, or tell me what to do?

Make a Zendesk report if it was a BAZAAR ITEM would go under purchases not sure what Battle pass is considered @Servian

Can you, please, share a screenshot of the “Ancestral Knowledge: Furniture Maker”?

You should be able to craft the “Large Treasure Pile” with the construction hammer under the “Decorations” and then “Clan” sections.

I only have “Coin Pile” in the Clan, Decorations section of the construction hammer options.
