Since the IP update on official servers North American a month or so ago, battlemetrics is no longer tracking these servers, which is understandable because the IP changed. I emailed battlemetrics with the server IP/port that I play on predominantly but they have taken no action to update as of today.
Will Battlemetrics eventually update the IPs of the Conan Exiles Official North American servers? Battlemetrics is useful when the server goes down or to find stats popularity, etc… If everyone starts emailing their support team maybe they will take some action to update.
You’d have to ask on any communications Battlemetrics uses. They aren’t associated with anyone at Funcom or the general Conan Exiles community that I am aware of.
"We don’t do manual server address transfers to new IPs. That is reserved for RCON users who update their connection settings with us. Because you’re referencing an official server, the server is unlikely to have an RCON connection and therefore an update of the server IP will not be possible.

If the North American official servers were previously listed as active in Battlemetrics, I am not sure why they cannot be following an IP change.
