Is the medicine jar in the Bazaar under the
Apothecary Assortmnet - a USABLE Item, or Cosmetic?

Most likely cosmetic
all are cosmetic EXCEPT the cabinet. That’s a legit storage.
The Mortar and Pestle now works like a grinder. Updated as @den promised. 
And yes, it’d would’ve been nice to have the medicine jar store even a small amount of healing items.

Good to know. I just bought those items today. I already had the cabinet. Thanks for the heads up! Looks like I’ll be getting rid of all my grinders.

yea i did the same thing, i guess this will look like a plain old decoration for the raiders… lol
makes it a good way to hide in plain sight.
