BETA - Simple and Wall Palisades lose HP when touched

Bug Description:

Simple and Wall Palisades lose HP when touched.

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Place Simple Palisade or Wall Palisade
  2. Touch the palisade
  3. Palisade loses HP

Players, NPCs, animals, thralls, bar patrons can touch the palisade and it will lose 50-300 HP at a time. Eventually the palisade will disappear.
