Black and Blue screen crashes

[After the 1.41 patch, I’ve been having tremendous bad luck with blue screen CE errors and now total shutdowns with black screen crashes. I’m on an Original PS4. I’ve mostly been having these issues with offline/Singleplayer/Activate Co-Op. I’ve been playing on several official servers, PvP and PvE-C, and it’s been getting brutally worse. I love this game, sadly at times, it’s unplayable.

Interesting side note, the last 3 Purges have all crashed and zeroed out with no damage… ]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Leaving base
  2. Entering dungeon
  3. Opening a chest
  4. Dodging

Yes, I send them every time. I joined a PVP-C server and crashed to blue screen 5x in 2 hours. :confused:
