Crashing to blue screen (Offline)

[All dat into this evening, my game has been freezing and crashing to blue screen with various CE errors. Each time it tells me to update to the latest software. V1.39 is the newest and latest software. I’m on older PS4.]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Opening menu to look at loot picked up
  2. Using skinning knife
  3. Running from attacking animals
  4. Using any emote.

I guess you really don’t want me to play anymore? I’ve submitted 10 CE- errors through the Playstation 10x today and this evening. I’m at my wits end with constant blue screen crashes. I feel, it’s time for a refund please.
