Black Corsair Outfit in the Exiled Lands?

Voidforged as well as the Silent Legion (medium and light) have been added to the Exiled Lands, so would it be possible to add the Black Corsair Outfit as well?
I was hoping with chapter 3 of the sorcery update it might become available but unfortunately not, yet there seem to be issues with previewing armour in the bazaar and battle pass (at least for me), renders very rough and colours are off so if an update happens for a fix maybe to sneak in the Black Corsair Outfit as well? Or putting it in the bazaar, I definitely would buy it xD

Exiled Lands

  • Can be learned by interacting with a book on a bench in the upper levels at Buccaneer Bay in the Exiled Lands.
  • The Buccaneer feat and Black Corsair Garb (Knowledge) feat are now both learned from the same book/location.

This one I meant.

I wrote outfit for a reason xD because as it stands it’s currently only available in Siptah yet since there’s the Black Corsair Garb in the Exiled Lands it would be absolutely lovely if the Black Corsair Outfit would be added to that location as well much like with the Voidforged and Silent Legion gear.

Voidforged Dragon and Silent Legion were added to the Exiled Lands and Siptah at the same time. They didn’t exist on Siptah first and then get added to the EL later.

Nothing that was Siptah-exclusive has been added to the standard game (intentionally anyway, there was some shenanigans involving a certain Portal to a certain Yuggoth that were removed before the encounter was disabled).

Noooo we already own it. This would be robbery pretty much. We should never pay to make an outfit accessible that is already part of the dlc we paid for.

if server transfers ever come back you can get it on exile lands ezpz

If they were added when the expansion was released then it’s even more curious as to why the Black Corsair Outfit wasn’t also added to EL and is currently Siptah exclusive even tho there is a Black Corsair Outfit already there so added the Siptah one should really be a simple task.

We do that’s very true yet I definitely don’t mind supporting Funcom if I can get something I don’t have but would like to own it for a decent price.

They weren’t. The Voidforged Dragon and Silent Legion were added in a later update that also added Fast Elevators and Colored Candles to both maps.

To give up everything I have on EL just for 1 outfit? That’s a bit too much for me xD
Perhaps if I lose everything I have currently it would be an option but then it’s waiting till the transfer system is back and in the meantime building something up to them eventually drop it just to get that recipe is a like I said a bit too much. Surely an option to get Siptah stuff to the EL and vice versa could be made? Especially since we now have sorcery

I see, let me rephrase it then. It’s curious as to why with the update the Black Corsair Outfit wasn’t add to the EL xD

Because Black Corsair Outfit was implemented as a Siptah-exclusive set, along with a heaping pile of other sets that are Siptah-exclusives.

The Black Corsairs are a branch of the Black Hand and that sub-faction is far more active on Siptah. The only Black Corsairs on the Exiled Lands are the Black Corsair Elites.

The Black Corsair Garb worn by the Black Corsair Elites is available on the Exiled Lands. The Black Corsair Outfit belongs to the parts of the sub-faction that are not present on the Exiled Lands, so there is no particular reason why it should be available there.

I see, so the Outfit is a Siptah exclusive because of lore/immersion related reasons?

Oh and could you then elaborate why people on Siptah can get EL recipes like Frost Smithing thanks to Schematics Fragments? I am very curious about that lore.

Or is there another Temple of Frost on Siptah?

My best guess is it was an oversight and the devs forgot the Frost Temple Smithy was a thing.

It’s not lore reasons at all. Actually, I haven’t seen any of them actually wear it on siptah. I gotta say, I feel fortunate, since @Marylambs managed to get this because she had to transfer her siptah character over after accidentally deleting it. So, we got it on our server.

Not a lore reason you say, then it’s odd (imo). I would understand if it was lore related (kinda) but otherwise if EL people don’t mind spending crom coins (on stuff they cannot get because they don’t wanna lose things on their EL servers for transferring) then it would be very nice to be available as an option since no one would be forced to buy it.

Agreed… it’s nice to have since my clan and main base RP as pirates. Any time I can throw together different piratey outfits using as many items as possibly (anything that’s tattered works great) is a plus! Here’s my character out near the Den with the Corsair top.

It would be very nice of we saw this added to the selection of pirate outfits available.

It’s not one of the Slave Forged sets (which are Siptah exclusives, just like Stormglass building pieces, as they require the DLC to access at all), nor is it one of the Eldarium/Vault Uber gears, so leaving it exclusive feels arbitrary, perhaps moreso than the Stygian Invader set.

This one would suggest throwing it into the library for fragment exchange for ease of integration.

As far as premium outfits for the Bazaar, this one would very much like Valeria’s outfit from Siptah as an armour skin.
