fence breaks after placing.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- its random not sure how to reproduce.
- Place a crenelated wall then a brazier next to it.
- add a ceiling
- Add a fence on top. watch fence break even with high stability
It might be the placement of the Brazier iv tested a few times. If the Brazier is to close to the wall this happens.
