Black Screen when logging onto Conan Exiles

Game mode: Online - Private servers
Type of issue: Black Screen when loading game
Server type: PVP-RP/PVE-RP
Region: America/Europe

Occasionally, when I try to log in, I get black screen after I select play for Conan Exiles. It doesnt always happen, and sometimes I can get it to load right away, other times I cant. I dont know why I get the black screen. Any assistance you can give me would be appreciated.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I click start on Steam for Conan
  2. Occasionally I get black screen
  3. Sometimes if I press Alt + Ctrl at the same time it loads, other times it doesnt.
