I reported this before and I am still having the same problem. I have been playing Conan Exiles for some time now but now when I start up the game it goes to a Black Screen. I can hear the start up animations but cannot get past the black screen. Later the start-up simply crashes. My driver is updated so I should not have a problem. Can you please help? Thank you

This could be related to a few things, without more info such as the log file it would be difficult to find out what is causing the crash.
We as players can only assist so far what you really need to do is file a bug report as per this thread NEW Bug Report Template
Thank you. I submitted a report on that thread and received an e-mail stating that they would get back to me. That was a week ago and they still haven’t. If I may ask, how do I pull up a Log File?
The logfiles are located within this folder Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs
You will see a series of logs which are older logs the most recent log being this one,
ConanSandbox.log
If the ue4 engine itself has crashed you will also see another folder within the log folder that will contain the conan logfile and additional files.
If you are uploading it to the forum you can select the up arrow icon that you see above when compiling a message, it is the 6th icon from the right.
