Blank Screen & No Respawn Option

[Help please - blank screen, no health bar, no respawn choice - no options at all. Cannot open the wheel or place a weapon in it. Reset PS4 3 times and just left my avatar in game. PS4 timed out and I haven’t checked it yet but is there is a quick reason or solution I would appreciate it]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. No idea what I did, I just signed in.

Does the issue also occur in other servers and in the single player mode?

Have you tried to rebuild the database on your console?
