Blue Screen Crashing

In single player I am getting a blue screen around every 10 minutes when in the admin panel or in my inventory equipping/modifying items spawned from the admin panel. It’s almost a guaranteed crash and slightly frustrating as testing things for officials becomes really hard to do. I am on a standard PS4 with no SSD. Anyone have this same problem or able to recommend any fixes?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Offline single-player
  2. Mess around in admin panel for a few minutes
  3. Spawn in armor and mods/dyes
  4. Apply the mods and equip the amor

Thank you. I have no idea if it’s just me or a common issue. I haven’t talked to enough people who play single-player to accurately gauge that.
