Bought DLC on a different account

Hey,

So i use the xbox game pass and i use 2 different accounts, one with game pass and the other is my main xbox account. i purchased a dlc on the game pass account and now when i try to play with my xbox account the dlc wont show up. Ive done this before and it worked flawlessly not sure how to fix this.

On Playstation you must have the account that bought the DLC active and select the main account on the console so that other users can use it, but if you deactivate it and activate another account, they will not share the DLC.
