I have 2 transactions both still Pending. Opened a petition ingame no answer. How do you expect to make money when you can’t fix or answer your customer base. Playing on Rk2019 and would like ungimp my character.
Exact same issue here, but even worse. Laying it out:
I bought 2x 600 FC points = 2x 5$. The money is SPENT on my bank account but on FC account page, the payment(s) is/are still PENDING and I got nothing in game.
The same thing happened with a 1 month subscription for 1 on my accounts. The money is spent on my bank account and the payment shows as PENDING and I can’t play.
You are stealing customers at this point. PLEASE do something about your payment page. How hard is it to just assign 1 real human to do something about it ? I bet you get lots of income money with the launch of Dune. Can you please assign someone to fix this god-awful year-2k payment page ?
I must add I did a credit card payment in both cases (NOT Paypal) - and now I got my money stolen. 
Paypal payments just don’t work for me for some reason.
I have no issue with this game being in a kindof abandonware state, but I have issue when you charge people and steal their money for nothing in-game.
