Braga exists twice, once around the hut of the righter northern entrance, once in the middle of the lake
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
Named thralls are often cloned in different locations, sometimes quite close to each other. Braga is not the only one, I’ve seen many black hand named NPCs turn up in multiple locations while other versions of them exist. I once saw two Tarmans, one wandering outside his usual base and one actually inside it.
The day before yesterday i was farming croc hide near the black galleon, and i saw 4 crocs coming out of each other… So this duplication is a known issue, since they even saw it happening on the new pet system live stream… All we have to do is wait a little bit until they get things in order, and we can enjoy the game as it can be enjoyed 
With all due respect the situation is a little different with Braga because Braga is an NPC who provides dialogue when interacted with. The clone of Braga closer to Mounds however cannot be interacted with nor does he provide dialogue
