Braziers and torches turn back on automatically after server restart

Problem: Bug
Region: EU

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Place a brazier or a torch
  2. Turn off a brazier
  3. Wait for a server restart
  4. Log back in, and see that all braziers are lit again
