Bread Recipe to Stove

This works in game as it always has but I think this is simply an over looked item since it is working but not a high priority.

Please move the Bread Recipe to the Stove. :heart: :kiss:
Currently it is made in the Smelting Furnace. :grin: :crazy_face: :wink:

  • Honeybread (and Fiery-Hot Bread) is already on the Stove with a Cook. Bread should be there as well. :ok_hand: :+1:
  • The Stove actually looks like it has a place to Bake the Bread. :+1:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log/Play Game
  2. Use Seeds, Leavening Plant, Plant Fiber in Smelting Furnace

Cooking bread in a furnace instead of a stove - crazy indeed.

Well, gruel also makes no sense then…

You put plants + seeds in a campfire (or better ones) and you suddenly have a bowl and gruel?! Where did the bowl come from? :smiley:

Like @sestus2009 I only recently discovered how to make bread due to the link posted above. Imagine my disappointment, when I successfully KO’d and broke Bragoras the Baker, placed him at my cooking stove, expecting to finally discover the recipe for bread. Instead, nothing. Crickets. All that time in game, and I still had no clue how to make bread. At no point in time did it occur to me to cook food inside of a smelting furnace.

But you figured out how to make gruel on your own? o_O

Hence why you have sometimes threads about such topic… Same with creating iron, steel and hardened steel.

Nope. That one doesn’t make any sense either. I learned to make gruel from watching YouTube videos. Iron, steel, brick, and hardened bricks, I figured those out without help. I cheated to learn hardened steel and how to crack open star metal.

Better question is where does the bowl go back to after the gruel is consume!

Smelted bread should give a +3 strength bonus… its full of iron.
