Brought Premium and account is F2P

Hello all.

So i decided it would better if i brought premium, so I brought 1 month paid £9.99. and nothing happened my account is still F2P.

Then i thought click reactivate, all that did was charge me another £9.99

ok i will live with that but i want to play and level a toon but its still f2p

I have waited for a hour still nothing.

any advice?

Oh did write a ticket but i am not expecting a fast response :frowning:
