Bought Premium Membership Now Account Frozen

I bought 1 month premium account and charged from my credit card (Payment Approved) my account become premium. ! hour later i try to enter my account and i see its frozen. When i check Payment History i see funcom try to charge me 1 more month. I didnt want this , i make payment only for 1 month. I open ticket but no answer (ID “[Funcom Support #1151322]”) Why should i endure payment system stupidity and Funcom incompedence ?

I have the same thing I have been trying to email support but haven had a msg in 48 hours my friend has this as well and we are completely lost wat to do our money is gone and the account is frozen for no reason when the sub went trough I just wish support would help :frowning:
