Buffs from vault armours not being applied upon login

Bug Description:

Buffs not being applied

Bug Reproduction:

Armour already equipped not being applied upon login

I have the ‘Gloves of Jhil’ and the ‘Aspect of the Wolf’ helmet, when I login it does not show any buffs at all I have to remove the items of armour and wear them again for the buffs to be applied.

No Buffs upon login even though wearing the armour

Pretty sure related to this BETA - Crashing or logging out and in removes buff status from UI, what do you think?

Yes that seems to be the issue, I tried logging out to menu then logging back in again,sometimes this would be the same for vagabond armour also.
Other times I logged back in again abd it showed no stats and not buffs on screen, I thought it might be to do with the game already being in memory so I closed conan then tried again.

I also restarted pc to see if it this would clear it but no it is as described in the link you posted, and occasionally no buffs and no stats upon login.
