So I beat the game on an unofical pvp server and I created a new character. I rejoined my clan and I’ve tried twice to teleport and once I teleport I enter a cut scene of a exile successfully passing through the ghost wall and then right back to character creation. Twice this happened.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.gather items to remove braclet
2.take brelaclet off
3.creat new character
4.teleport to southern jungle obilistk
