Bug Description:

All Zath Altars are missing Disable/Enable Thrall Use option

Bug Reproduction:

Building upon this report from @TheCyberchill:

  1. Place and/or upgrade any level of Zath Altar = Nest of Zath, Web of Zath and Altar of Zath

  2. Notice that Living Settlement thralls bunch up at these altars

  3. Attempt to Disable Thrall Use from the bench radial settings menu and notice that the option is missing

  4. Test all altars, notice only Zath is affected
