All T2 and T3 Altars are missing the bench radial option to move

Bug Reproduction:

1. Build a T1 Altar of any Religion
2. Notice in the bench radial settings that there is a move option
   
   
3. Successfully move T1 Altar
4. Upgrade any T1 Altar to T2 and/or T3
5. Notice in bench radial settings there is no option to move altar
