[BUG] Champion / Godbreaker Incorrect Stats

Game mode: Official PVP
Type of issue: Armor not providing proper Strength/Encumberance stats
Server type: PVP Server
Region: NA

Just recently created Godbreaker Grips, Champion Pants and Godbreaker Boots - all items are just providing +1 Strength or +1 Encumberance on the Garrison Bench - No Thrall.
Was this nerfed? Is this a glitch?
Boots used to be +2 Encumberance (or +3 in the past) - Grips were +3 Strength - Champions Leggings were +2 Strength

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Create Garrison Bench
  2. Craft Desired Items (Champion Leggins, Godbreaker Grips, Godbreaker Boots)
  3. Observe incorrect stats.
  4. No Thrall on Bench

Thanks. Is there a breakdown of which thralls can provide additional Stats or is it just T4 Thrall = best stats available per piece crafted?

I realize T4’s has specific roles (Extra Armor, Extra Armor Pen, Extra Dmg) but I didnt think this was related to Attribute stats though
