[Bug] Characters not taking damage on or near spikes

I am not sure since when, but the pre-pallisade spikes do not do any damage to the player. Previously, these did do damage, and would also proc bleed dots.

I can stand next to the spikes, and nothing. I can stand on top of the spikes, and nothing. No damage.

Please correct this bug so that this placed hazard does damage, and would require avoidance.

3. Step next to the spikes, check for damage or bleeds (none).
4. Stand on top of the spikes, check for damage or bleeds (none).
