The DLC “The Imperial East Pack” released Friday June 22, 2018
Since this day we still missing the Flawless Khitan Shield (Epic) (ID: 8267)
because it is not craftable by any armorer thrall at the Improved Armorer’s Bench ingame.
ALL other DLC shields (Aquilonian, Khitan and Pictish) can be build in any item quality by every armorer
but not the Flawless Khitan Shield (Epic) (ID: 8267).
Dont forget it is a payed DLC content we still dont have.

I dont talk about the Flawless Khitan Shield, this is completely fine and craftable.
I am talking about the Flawless Khitan Shield (Epic).
There are allways 6 different qualitys of DLC Shields (3 Base / 3 Epic) buildable with every T4 armorer.
The Jewel of the West Pack released August 2, 2018.
Khitan Shield (Epic) (ID:8243)
Exceptional Khitan Shield (Epic) (ID:8255)
Flawless Khitan Shield (Epic) (ID:8267) <------ This one cant be build by any armorer. (but ALL T4 has to, like every other DLC Shield)
For example T4 Armorer Fia at the Improved Armorer’s Bench (but you can choose every other armorer if you want)
It’s the same issue you mentioned. It was actually already fixed internally so I just added it to the Trello board.
