Unable to craft epic flawless khitan shield

I’m unable to craft the epic flawless version of the khitan shield in the improved armorer’s workbench while crafting the epic flawless aquilionian shield is possible.

1. Buy the khitan dlc
2. Build an improved armorer’s workbench and add a named thrall
3. Search for the epic flawless khitan shield

PC Hotfix 2018-10-12: This issue has not been fixed yet, the epic flawless version can’t be crafted.
