The problem is because you’re emote interacting with a placeable, such as a bed. Do not log out lying in one or sitting in a chair, for instance.
Log out on the floor without any emotes.
It’s a bug tied to that.
If you experience no stamina, the workaround is to pull bracelet, it will clear the state.
