In a solo play on Siptah, with mutiples vaults tested (snake man, serpent …), the final boss never spawn and so we can"t achieve the exploration and the loot.

Until they fix Siptah single player mode you will have to follow the next steps:
- Put yourself as admin.
- Then open the admin panel and check “Ghost mode”.
- Uncheck “Ghost mode”.
- The boss and the mobs will appear.

I haven’t even gotten as far as a single vault in SP… I’m still trying to figure out why I have almost no animals spawning and not nearly as many NPCs as I’ve seen while playing on a server. To read this is extremely disheartening. I so hope this is an active issue on the work table. (And I’m really hoping this Ghost Mode trick just may work outside of the vaults as well, hopefully, maybe, for some odd glitchy reason. 
)

Sadly it didnt work with the wildlife

Yep. Same issue on Singleplayer mode over on the ps4. Have not yet tried the workaround, but thanks for the heads up @Odyssey_TwitchTV and also @JohnK.
