After searching for iron stones in particular, I wanted to forge them in the forge, but they are impossible to move into the forge from my inventory. The same goes for moving them into the storage boxes. For stones it’s exactly the same thing.
Do you have mods? What platform are you using? Solo or server? Funcom will need you to fill in more info before they look at the ticket. In case you are brand new to the game, have not done the tutorial: - you mine materials to get them into your inventory, using an axe for wood and a pick for iron ore, boulders, etc.

A new feature was implemented last age. To access your items, set your inventory sorting to ‘no sorting’.
This should be included in the journey steps.

I don’t use mods. I use the PC platform. I play in an official server “#1000”. I am not a new player in the game, I have more than 5’300 hours of gameplay. In my opinion, it’s an inventory problem. Because I can’t move any of my items in the work benches, the storage crates, in my shortcut bar. If I put them on the ground, the item doesn’t match the one I moved.
The ‘no sorting’ option will help you.

I run all mine at heaviest first. But just changing your sort method back and forth might fix it. Walk up to an empty chest; if you have one, then click quick stack then give all. See if that helps. funcom really funcomed menus/UIs/storage and seems less then enthusiastic to fix it.
Thank you for your reply, I applied “non sorting” and it worked. As I had stopped playing since last January, I did not see the latest updates.
