I would like to report a bugged achievements.
The achievements are from the dlc.
In the Vault
Explore a Vault
The Silver Key
Obtain ???
I have the rest of the achievement(34 of them) but those two won’t work.

Tried admin mode for ??? and vaults? Spawn in the end boss for all the vaults and kill them.
Yes, I have tried in single player/admin mode.
The vault should be just one to clear to get the achievement and I have done most of them as I do have

Memorize Seven Sigils at Once
Many achievements are completed through the Journey system, not by merely doing an action.
See the wiki for the specific achievement triggers.
That solves the issue
Unfortunately it does not say it anywhere in the game. Obtain this during that. Specific vault etc.
