Im playing Conan on Xbox Game Pass on official server PvE but im trying to buy complete edition on steam and i want to save my progress and my conan account. Is there any way to do it? Im kinda new to this game.

from my knowledge its not possible i have even tried it when i came back to conan but nothing i could find was helpful and also found stuff on the forums saying it wasnt possible
As there is no cross platform ability I am sorry that won’t work. I just stopped playing Conan on PS5 because of continous server problems. I am now on PC, and there is no possibility to login on PC with your Sony account. And why should they, as I had to buy the game again for PC with all DLCs and buy again the BattlePass. That’s how you make money as a game developer.

Sorry this only works if you are using Xbox "PC"game pass. Had to reread your post.
You cannot Save your progress.
But seems they use the same servers.
Clan up your steam account with your Xbox Game pass.
Make sure you promote your New Clan mate to access all chests and Vaults.
You will of course have to level up like you just started the game. But all Builds you will still have.
Just pass down weapons and armour and you are set.
