You can find it by following:
Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved
It should be the “game” file for Exiled Lands.

It will not let me upload the (game) file to you for some reason . Said it was unauthorized to upload and wasn’t the correct type of file ?

You wanted the database file “game” correct?
