Can’t get back into game after crash “Online features are not available…”

Bug Description:

Error message says “Online features are not available…” this only happens with Conan I can play other online games same bug happened in May of 2024. I was on 3827 playing with tribe mates and I crashed and could not get back in tried rebooting 3 times as well as a shut down of the system but still says I online features not available

Bug Reproduction:

Rebooted 3 times, shut down PS5 and I am able to play other online game. I do family share.

Edit Update: I am on a PS5 but we also have a PS4 so we tried logging in on that system and got in right away. So I tried logging in again on my system and I was able to get in and hasn’t happened again all evening

This happened to me as well flipped over to account settings to confirm I was verified and then tried it again and then got the prompt to log into PSN that happens right before the game starts.

It’s a PSN issue, not Funcom. None of the games I try to play are working online-wise.
