I was thinking of upgrades as armor/weapon basic-Flawless and armor/weapon epic-epic flawless.

Oh and khitan as well as any following DLC as well please!
As for which thralls allowing to craft them… That is another question.
I was hoping the player could craft these flawless versions. As well as flawless versions of all dlc armors and weapons.
