Can we get an Isle of Siptah No-Ping PvP server?

So, I live in South Africa. There are no official South African servers so I’m forced to play on EU servers for the best experience (180-240 ping with players I can communicate and get along with)

I’ve been playing on the Exiled Lands No-Ping servers, but upon the expansion’s released, I am quite displeased to see that there are no No-Ping servers for the new map. I’d greatly appreciate it if this could be remedied.
