can we please get a skip button for the cutscene please, its very jarring having to sit through it everytime i want to play, ive over 5k hrs across multiple platforms and before the enhanced edition was release u used to be able to turn the cutscene off in the options. can we have it back please
It serves as a loading screen. if you have a slow PC or a lot of mods, you can’t skip it.
Though I understand that it can blast your ears and can be annoying. I have a physical mute button on my keyboard so its not that bad for me.
Also I am mostly playing without mods and I can skip that cutscene as soon as it starts.
I was going to say something similar to the above. I’m able to skip it before it even starts, just by left clicking (generally during the unreal engine splash screen). When I used to have a lot of mods (in UE4) I could generally skip it from about the first line.
Please let us know if you are using a particularly old machine or have a lot of mods (or if left-clicking works) - and I’ll get it added to the player-maintained list of known bugs.
You could also consider reporting it to helpshift - Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center - which is the place to send CEE bug reports so the devs can see them sooner.
Navigate to the folder:

Rename the files
From: Exiles Cinematic Intro.bk2 and Intro_Cinematic_Siptah.bk2
To: _Exiles Cinematic Intro.bk2 and _Intro_Cinematic_Siptah.bk2

The options have a setting to lower the volume of the intro video. That would mostly solve the very issue.
Sadly, the setting doesn’t seem to work (tested before the latest patch).
