Like titel says can the nordheimer shelves recepie found in the exil lands ?

You can find the shelves themselves in random drops and chests as loot, but the actual recipe is not available (AFAIK) in the Exiled Lands. =/

The chest loot is random, but I have had success at the Mounds of the Dead as well as at Sepermeru.

The ‘Improved Tanner’s Table’ is a reward for completing the ‘Tanner’ journey step. It can be acquired in either Exiled Lands or Siptah.
