If doing a character transfer from a offical PvP server to a PvE-C server can you return and go back and forth again? Or is it a one shot deal?
No. You will only be able to transfer within your server type or to a lower tier.
So PvP to PvP (no issue)
PvP to PvE-C or PvE or Private (will be permanent, meaning, your character will not be able to return to a PvP server)
PvP → PvE-C → PvE → Private Servers.
PvE-C can transfer to PvE-C with no issue, but will permanently move downward if chose PvE or Private.
