While building a public access stair yesterday, I encountered a bizarre new bug that prevents us from attaching a square ceiling tile at the bottom of a set of steps (works OK at the top). Tested only with Sandstone so far.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Build stairs leading down.
- With sufficient stability remaining, try adding a square ceiling tile, observe that it will not snap
- Switch to other pieces and observe that wedges, additional stairs, and others will still snap
- Delete the stairs, and find that you can add the ceiling just fine. Re-add stairs.
Thankfully, I was able to work-around this bug. As you can see, it was not a matter of encountering a no-build zone nor someone else’s landclaim, otherwise I’d not have been able to finish it:
