Cannot buy golem pieces from Merchant Huang
Have 200+ Blood Crystals in the inventory.
Go to Mek-kamoses tower.
Go to the merchant who sells pieces for crystal golems.
Try to trade, see that nothing happens.
I did some farming for about half hour, and I found mobs that drop crystal golem parts.
So, there is another way.

I’m not sure why a video of me in a menu with a merchant trying to buy something and not getting it would help?
I’m having similar issues with merchants across the map. The one at skulker’s end wont sell me the bracers. Tried several times as I’m farming it at the moment for sorcerers and T3/4 friends. There are others where either the weapon merchant or worker merchant doesn’t work. If I thought it would do any good I’d work on a list for you all. But…
I was the only one of a group of us that could access the merchant. They all saw it greyed out even if they had the exchange resources. They dropped the blood crystal, I picked it up and bought golem pieces normally. They also couldn’t do the head of kurak exchange.
I’m making a good profit with “tips” so the longer you can delay this fix… Jk
Mine are not grayed out, I just don’t get anything when I click. Luckily they aren’t taking my coins/crystals.
Similarly, it is a video of a scene that could not be purchased.

3:30, Repeat purchase. There are times when I can buy and times when I can’t.

Only additional information I can add is that it’s not server related. I play in a friends private server on ps5. Merchants work fine for him but not at all for me. The option is there to purchase, I have more than enough of the required currency but clicking on purchase does nothing at all. I just want my crystalline golem 
Edit I have deleted and re-downloaded the game and it did not work. I will check tomorrow to see if I can purchase on single player. Might narrow down if the problem is character bound.

Slightly unrelated, but just a helpful tip I’ve found so far. Sorry if it’s not helpful here 
The Mounds of the Dead has so many chests that within a few laps of killing all the Wight’s and the Villagers (including Sorcerer’s) you can get a ridiculous amount of Golem parts (you can obviously just run through and go only for the chests, but the XP is also good). Within two or three hours tops, I had all of the Crystalline parts on the first day, the chest was the last piece to drop, but it eventually did!
Since then I’ve just been stockpiling all of the parts when I do those runs and holding onto my blood crystal just in case
Single player PC does not have this problem
