Bug Description:
Since major patch last week I cannot play on any Siptah server. If game loads it locks up the moment the load is complete. Also it’s been several months since I was able to play on my private Sipta server.

Decay timers disabled on Isle of Siptah Official servers

Greetings Exiles, We identified a situation with the New Lands portion of the Isle of Siptah. With severe performance issues that are affecting players in the area or nearby. As well as preventing or crashing upon loading when the characters are located on the premises.
