I cannot for the life of me login to the game anymore. I’ve tried multiple times to send an email to reset password but I get no email. Please help! I want to play again.
I too cannot log in as no password reset emails are being sent to my email. And no, support@funcom.com is not blocked or anything. The last time it worked was Sept of 2024. I felt like diving back into SWL and of course forgot my password again but now I cannot reset it. Please send help! I’ve loved this game since the TSW days where I had a lifetime sub.
I tested this with an account (not the one I actually NEED but) I know all the info to, and realized the recovery process is completely in the

Yet I too am (still) foolishly waiting in the desert for the email of broken promises.

Someone mentioned (years ago) that using player name rather than email on the “forgot password?” page here is the only thing which works, and at the time, it was. (I have no idea if this is still true or not.) When I previously used my email, I never got an email to reset my password.
