Hi, I tried logging into my account via both the old and new method, changing the password on both sites (register.funcom and account.anarchy-online). Both methods don’t work and I’m not able to log into both. I’m able to log into the game at least but this won’t give me the option to upgrade to a subscription plan for example. When sending a support ticket they stated I would get an email confirming the ticket number etc, however after trying to make 3 tickets I have yet to get a mail response. I feel kind of helpless now 
anyone here that can help?
usually takes 4-6 months for them to answer tickets if they have an answer
