Last night I created an account and downloaded the game. However I cannot log into the game but I can log into the account. I keep getting authentication failed. Can we get this fixed?
I guess I will uninstall the game.

You have to make sure you patch your client to the most up-to-date version.

I would download the game first, then register at funcom. I played well over a year before I created/register at funcom. I only registered so I could buy the expansions and funcom points.
Granted when I did that, there was only one site to register with instead of the two different ones we have now.
What a train wreck. This company clearly loves to make things convoluted, then complain that their game has a low population. Its because no one knows how to create an account. I have to go to 2 different websites, update passwords, respond to an email, wait 15 minutes or more for the password to update… FFS guys, any other video game just lets you play it, why do we have to jump through hoops to play. Im uninstalling, if just creating an account is this hard I can’t even imagine what the actual game is like!!!
