been away for a long time, went through the reset password process, still cant log in
authentication failure
sucsefully reset my password a few times and tried again. no dice
I am having the same issue, even when I reset the password and copy and past it from the email it is still not working. Did you ever get this issue resolved?
I tried logging in with my old account, reset the password, and copied and pasted it. I then created a new account with a new username and a new password but I am still getting the same issue of my password not being correct even though it was a freshly created account and I copied and pasted the information. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
