Cannot log into server

**Type of issue: Connection issue
**Server type: PVE

**Hardware: Xbox One/Series X

Bug Description:

Any attempt to log in to a private server from Amy players always fails for the last week. The game begins loading once the server is selected, but almost immediately display “disconnecting from game” and boots all players back to the main menu. Passwords are correct, connection is good. Have tried reinstalling, restarting game, no success.

Steps to Reproduce:

*Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to fin

  1. Attempt to log into private server
  2. Begins loading
  3. Displays “disconnecting from game” over loading screen.
    4.returned to main menu.
  4. (etc)

Please try reaching out to the private server Admin/server owner to check if the server is available to you.

Thank you for the additional information. We have some following up questions then:

  1. Is the server updated with the latest version of the game?
  2. Do you restart the server on a daily basis?
  3. Have you tried to reach out to the server host/provider?

  1. Yes, everything is currently updated.
  2. I have restarted the server several times.
  3. I spent an entire night with g-portals support, they tried several things on their end and ultimately told me there was nothing wrong with the server itself, which makes sense to me because this issue started immediately after the most recent game update.

I’d be glad to do so but I’m not really sure how to.

You can reach out to G-portal and ask them for a copy for our investigation. Then you can upload the file to Google drive or another similar platform you prefer and share the link with us.

Has a fix been found? I just bought a server and I’ve been trying to get in for the last 2 days but I’m experiencing the same issue.

Also wondering if there is any news about a cause/fix on this. I just havent been able to log in since the last patch.

Same thing happened to me seems like no one is getting any help stinks too I put alot of work into my server.
