Bug Description: cannot log into server

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Keeps saying disconnecting from server has question marks next to players and ping been like this for a couple days now and game was lagging for 3 days leading up to this moment.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Look up server
    2.try connecting
    3.usually crashes after a couple mins at loading bar
  3. (etc)

A friend of mine recently had this problem I suggested port forwarding on his router and it resolved the problem.
